Dialog Percakapan Bellboy Mengantar Tamu ke Kamar Bahasa Inggris

Hai gais, setelah kalian membaca mengenai Bellboy di Front Office Department, pada artikel kali ini saya akan memberikan contoh dialog atau percakapan seorang bellboy dalam mengantar tamu yang baru saja check in ke kamar.
Dalam percakapan ini terdapat beberapa point, yaitu bagaimana cara kita mengantar tamu ke kamar, melakukan small talk dengan tamu selama perjalanan menuju ke kamar, menjelaskan fasilitas hotel, dan menjelaskan fasilitas kamar tamu. Small talk yang dilakukan disini berfungsi sebagai pencair suasana dengan tamu. Oke langsung saja ke dialognya.
Dialog Escorting Guest to Room Bellboy
| Bellboy | : | "Good morning Mr. Smith, my name is Aditya, I am the bellboy who will escort you to your room. Are you ready sir?" |
| Guest | : | "Yap, I’m ready" |
| Bellboy | : | "So you have 4 pcs of luggages, if you don’t mind would you like to check it first?" |
| Guest | : | "Everything is here, great" |
| Bellboy | : | "So your room number is 2327, the first digit is the building, the second digit is the floor and the rest is your room number. So your room is on 2nd building, 3rd floor and room no 27. This way sir." |
| Guest | : | "Thanks" |
Start explaining about hotel facilities
| Bellboy | : | "So for breakfast tomorrow, on penjor restaurant over there. The breakfast time is start from 6:30AM until 11AM. For your information the swimming pool is located in front of the restaurant. And also we have bar, facing to the ocean over there. By the way speaking about food do you like balinesse food Mr. Smith?" |
| Guest | : | "Ya probably, I hear on internet that betutu is delicious, so I think tomorrow I’ll try to find the restaurant, do you have any recommendation?" |
| Bellboy | : | "Yes, nearby here, there is a restaurant that serve betutu. If you want you can just go walk its about 20 minutes from here or just order by the online driver" |
| Guest | : | "Ow, great to know. Thanks" |
| Bellboy | : | "Sure sir, and we also have spa and fitness center on the first floor. You can go this way. The fitness center is open 24 hours and if you want to go to our fitness center, please bring the room key to enter it. About spa we have special promotion on this time that call Relaxation sweet Home. For only Rp.500.000++ you’ll get 45 minutes balinesse massages." |

| Bellboy | : | "That’s great, Ubud has many art product like paintings, musical instrument and others hope you enjoy for your tour tomorrow sir" |

| Bellboy | : | "So this is you room sir, 2327. (Open the door, turn on electricity) After you please (persilahkan tamu masuk duluan)" |
| Guest | : | "Thanks" |
| Bellboy | : | "Excuse me sir, if you don’t mind, would you prefer to put your luggage on the wardrobe or just leave it here sir?" |
| Guest | : | "Just leave it here thanks" |
| Bellboy | : | "So the luggage already here, and my I explain little bit about your room facilities sir?" |
| Guest | : | "Sure" |
Start explaining about room facilities
| Bellboy | : | "So we start from here, on minibar we provide you 2 mineral water, its complimentary for you everyday. Do you need more water sir? Or this enough for you?" |
| Guest | : | "That’s enough thanks" |
| Bellboy | : | "Certainly sir, and the balcony door is connected to Air Conditioner, so if you open the door, the air conditioner will automatically off. And it will on again if you close the door. Sorry sir, are you smoker? So we can set ashtray on the balcony?" |
| Guest | : | "Yes please" |
| Bellboy | : | "Sure sir, my friend will bring the ashtray to your room and make sure if you want to smoking, the balcony is the one place that allowed to smoke, and make sure you close the balcony door when smoke so the smoke don’t come in and trigger the alarm" |
| Bellboy | : | "And if you want to control the lamp, just use this switch sir" |
| Bellboy | : | "Lets continue to bathroom, if you want to use shower with hot water just turn the knob to the right, and for the cold water turn the knob to left. And for the safety deposit box is here, and the manual instruction how to use it is inside" |
| Guest | : | "Thanks" |
| Bellboy | : | "And for the privacy or DND button is over there, beside your room key. If you want to housekeeping clean your room please don’t turn on the button. So I think that’s all, do you have any question sir?" |
| Guest | : | "No, i think all is good. Thank you so much Aditya" |
| Bellboy | : | "You’re welcome Mr. Smith. If you need any request or question just call 0 from the phone and we’ll be happy to assist you. My name Aditya, thank you for choosing us and have a wonderful stay with us. Good morning sir" |
